In November 2022, the Indian Ocean Exchange program undertook their second international study tour to Singapore, led by Professor Prita Meier (Co-PI), Professor Pam Smart (Co-PI), Professor Imran bin Tajudeen (Local Consultant), and Nancy Um (Contributing Instructor). The group was generously hosted by the Asian Civilizations Museum (NHB), which hosted a public program entitled “New Horizons in Indian Ocean, Art, Culture, and Heritage” on November 26, 2022.
